NEW: In April 2026, I've been certified with a YMCA Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Participation in Physical Activity: Long Term Health Conditions. This allows me to expertly help clients with many common & manageable long-term health conditions such as high blood pressure, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, some types of peripheral and coronary artery disease, metabolic diseases, diabetes and many other conditions.

I will put together a fully structured, bespoke supervised program for you. Then we will put together a monthly plan with agreed sessions, goals and review dates. All sessions last fifty minutes with a warm-up, main session and a cool-down. Home workout plans are included as is the option of a food diary analysis.

Nutritional Analysis

With a Level 3 Certificate in Nutrition for Physical Activity, I am able to offer basic food intake analysis, using guidelines published by Public Health England and the NHS. This analysis is included in the bloc session plans of either four or six sessions.

Q - Are you a fully qualified personal trainer? A - Yes. I have a L3 Personal Trainer qualification, and a L2 Gym Instructor certificate. I also have a separate L3 Nutrition for Physical Activity award. In addition I have a L3 Supporting Participation in Physical Activity: Long Term Health Conditions certificate. Q - How long does a single session last? A - A maximum of 50 minutes Q - Do you offer nutritional advice? A - As part of my certification I can offer basic advice in line with NHS England guidelines.
